Culvert Pipes

Culvert Pipe & Box Culvert Installation.

In 2005 the highway department added a Multi-Purpose Crew with the primary function of replacing cross road culvert pipes.  This crew also repaired three FEMA landslides (Shinkles Ridge, Twelve Mile, Clermontville-Laurel) and worked in combination with other crews on several large projects.

58 plastic, metal & concrete pipes were installed along with 5 large concrete box culverts in 2005.
