Permit Application Forms
The Clermont County Engineer's Office requires
permits for all work performed within a
road's public right-of-way,
plus Special Hauling Permits for overweight
vehicles.
For your convenience, Right-Of-Way /
Utility Permit Application forms (Adobe PDF
and Microsoft Word – Form formats) are
available for download to your PC. Be
sure to set your browser to allow pop-ups.

the permit you need, print it out, complete
the form, and mail it back to:
