RE: Arcadia Lane Closure
Pierce Township
Dear Commissioners:
Loveland Excavating, Inc. has requested a road closure for Arcadia
Lane to install underground utilities at the Pierce Point Cinemas
located at 1255 State Route 125. The sanitary sewer tap location is
in Arcadia Lane and will require the closure of the street to make
the tap. The start of construction will be on Monday, May 12, 2008.
To accomplish the planned construction, it will be our
recommendation that the road be closed to traffic. We anticipate the
road will be open to traffic on Thursday, May 15, 2008.
The Office of Clermont County Engineer has no objections and if
approved shall notify the Communication Center. We will also be
responsible for posting and maintaining all necessary advisory
signage in accordance with the attached recommended detour.
