RE: Bethel-Hygiene Road
Closure
Tate Township
Dear Commissioners:
We have scheduled a culvert
replacement on Bethel-Hygiene Road in Tate Township. To
accomplish the planned construction, it will be our
recommendation that the road be closed to traffic. Our staff
has scheduled the start of construction for Monday, July 28,
2008. We anticipate that the road will be open to traffic on
Friday, August 8, 2008,
Our staff will be responsible
for posting and maintaining ail necessary detour signage.
Attached is our recommended detour. Also, we shall advise
the Communication Center, Tate Township Trustees, Tate
Township Fire and EMS, Bethel-Tate Schools and other
agencies.
If we can provide any
additional information, please do not hesitate to contact
our staff.
