RE: Charity Street
Tate Township
Dear Commissioners:
The Engineer’s office has scheduled a culvert
replacement on Charity Street in Tate Township. To
accomplish the planned construction, it will be our
recommendation that the road be closed to traffic. The
start of construction has been scheduled for Monday, August
11, 2008. We anticipate that the road will re-open to
traffic on Friday, August 22, 2008.
Attached is our recommended detour. Our
staff will be responsible for posting and maintaining all
necessary detour signage. Also, we shall notify the
Communication Center, Tate Township Trustees, Tate Township
Fire and EMS, Bethel-Tate Schools and other agencies.
If we can provide any additional information,
please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
